We met with Kin Kaliisa Ibrahim the special presidential assistant in charge of information and communication technology for the Republic of Uganda. He is currently a PhD student in the Security of Systems group at Radboud University Nijmegen.

Our discussion was concentrated on gaining a better understanding of the factors and forces influencing the diffusion of ICT in Uganda. He provided us with an image of the future roadmap for development, specifically in the rural areas of Uganda. A sound file of the interview can be found at the link below.
